In an effort to support students appearing for Std 10th and 12th exams, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has rolled out district and division-level helplines. Initiated by the Q Nagpur Board office on July 11, the service covers six districts within the Nagpur division. Helpline operators will be available daily from 8 am to 8 pm throughout the examination period.
The districts under the Nagpur Board’s jurisdiction benefiting from this initiative include Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, and Wardha. According to the board’s press release, the helplines aim to provide assistance and clarify doubts for students and parents.
Exams for class 12 began on July 16 and will run until August 6, while class 10 exams, also starting on July 16, are scheduled to conclude on July 30.
