A fire broke out in a stationery shop in Itwari on Wednesday afternoon. This fire engulfed the nearby houses and shops as well.
The fire brigade reached the spot and started extinguishing the fire. However, due to the narrow streets, the fire brigade had to work hard to extinguish the fire.
An estimated loss of Rs 10 to 12 lakh has been incurred in this incident. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
