The government is providing a free treatment facility of Rs 5 lakh to every citizen of the country. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India is providing free treatment coverage to eligible citizens.
This coverage of Rs 5 lakh is being given through the Kalyan Yojana card under PM Jan Arogya Yojana. However, for this, you must have an Ayushman card. It is very easy to get it made. Ayushman cards can be made online mode sitting at home. If you apply correctly, it will take only 24 hours for the Ayushman card to be approved.
Who can get an Ayushman Bharat card?
People included in the poverty line i.e. BPL category can get an Ayushman Bharat card. Apart from this, families listed in low income and Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) database can get the card made.
How to get an Ayushman Bharat card
- First of all, you have to click on the official website of Ayushman Bharat PMJAY https://pmjay.gov.in/. After this, you will see the Am I Eligible option at the top, which you have to click on.
- A new page will open, on which you have to enter the mobile number and verify it. Then you have to enter the captcha code.
- After this, you have to tap on the Login option.
- Then you have to tap on the Search For Beneficiary option.
- Then you have to select the State and enter PMAY in the Scheme.
- Then in Search By, you have to select Family ID, Aadhar Card, or Location Rural or Location Urban for the ration card.
- Then you have to tap on the District option. After this, you have to tap on the Search option. Then if you have selected the Family ID option, you have to tap on it. Or you have to enter the Aadhar number.
- After this, all the members of the family will get their details. Then the member on whom the Ayushman Bharat card is to be made. He has to be verified with Aadhar OTP, fingerprint, IRIS scan, or face authentication.
- On selecting the Aadhar option, he has to be verified with OTP.
- After this, a new page will open, which has to be selected.
- Then the OTP has to be verified. After this, the authentication page will open that your Ayushman Bharat card application has been submitted.
- After this, this page will automatically redirect to a new page. When you come down, you will have to tap on the e-KYC option.
- Then select the Aadhaar OTP option.
- Then select the concern page. Then enter the OTP and submit. After this, the details will appear in front of you. After this, you will see your photo, as well as tap on Capture Photo. And you will have to select your passport-size photo from the phone camera.
- After this, you will have to select mobile number, relation, pincode, state, district, rural or urban, or village and submit it. After this, the health card application will be submitted.
