The Car swept away in flood water of Katta river at junnardeo in Chhindwara District. Four out of five people in the car came out. One young man was swept away along with the car.
According to information received from the police, five youths from Nandanvan area of Nagpur were going to Nagdwar yatra in car number MH 05 DN0214. Milindra Parate, Selesh Kushwah, Ketan Dekate, Vikram Atav and Nikhil Sonkuvar were in the car. Out of these five, Selesh Kushwah got swept away in the river along with the car.
The missing youth is being searched. As soon as the incident was known, Collector Sheelendra Singh and SP Manish Khatri inspected the rescue of the missing youth. The rescue continued till 8 pm. The family members of the missing youth have also reached the spot.
