Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for new admissions and re-registration for the July 2024 session to August 31, 2024. This extension allows prospective students to enroll in a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs offered by the university.
In addition to the extension, IGNOU has introduced several new programs across various fields of study. These programs are aimed at providing students with specialized knowledge and skills to address the evolving demands of both industry and society.

The university has also launched a Diploma in Fashion Design and Retail, among other new courses.
