G Kumar Arogyadham is organising a free Chikungunya check-up and Ayurvedic treatment camp at its premises in Jariptaka, on August 31. High fever with chill and severe joint pain are major indications of chikungunya. This is accompanied by a vomiting sensation, lack of appetite, weakness and headache. The joint pain remains for several days after treating the infection. The camp is being organised under the aegis of Arogyadham Health Care Society.
