The World Health Organization (WHO) has issued a warning regarding the Monkey Pox disease. After which, in India too, precautionary measures have been started in view of this disease. Although no case of this disease has been reported in India, but precautionary measures have been started in view of it. The Virology Lab of AIIMS Nagpur has been approved for the examination of Monkey Pox.
The WHO has expressed possibility that, this disease may spread in the coming time, in view of this, precautionary measures are being taken in the country. Now the samples of the suspected patient of Monkey Pox disease can be tested in AIIMS Nagpur.
