In view of the ongoing redevelopment work at Nagpur Railway Station, passengers are hereby informed that the west side main entrance, located beside the RMS building, will be temporarily closed for passenger vehicle access starting from 5th September 2024 until further notice. This closure is necessary to ensure the safety of passengers and to facilitate the smooth progress of construction activities related to station development.
To accommodate passengers, a new entry point for pick-up and drop-off services has been established 100 meters from the west side entrance towards Ganesh Tekdi Mandir. Additionally, a separate car parking entrance will be opened beside the existing main entrance gate.
Within the station premises, the current two-wheeler parking and prepaid auto stand will be relocated to the area in front of the RPF office, featuring distinct entry and exit points.
Passengers are encouraged to follow the posted signage and allow extra time when arriving at the station to avoid any inconvenience. This temporary arrangement will remain in effect until the redevelopment work is completed.
