A new series of vehicle registration numbers, MH 49-CL, will be opened for four-wheeler registrations at the Nagpur (East) Regional Transport Office starting Friday. The Assistant Regional Transport Officer of Nagpur (East) has encouraged vehicle owners who wish to reserve a preferred or attractive number from this series to submit their applications in the prescribed format.
Interested vehicle owners can visit the New Vehicle Registration Department in person between 11 am and 2:30 pm on Friday. They should bring proof of address, a photo ID, a PAN card, and a Demand Draft (DD) from a nationalized bank made out to the Deputy Regional Transport Officer, Nagpur (East), for the preferred registration number.
