The Lady Entrepreneurs Wing of Vidarbha Industries Association (VIALEW) in association with GAME organised a session on Business Growth Strategies : Scaling Up Effortlessly on 21st Sept, 2024 at VIA Auditorium, Nagpur.
Expert speaker, Dr Ravindra Aher, Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Business Growth Strategist emphasized that all MSMEs should plan their business growth strategies by developing a solid business plan with vision and smart goals, strong online presence helps the MSMEs to connect locally and globally.
He further said networking and collaborating with other entrepreneurs help to grow your business on a long term basis as well as adopt and upgrade yourself with new technologies and focus on innovation. He advised the participants that all MSMEs should monitor their finances and adjust strategies.
He stressed entrepreneurs should do practice Decluttering Mind exercises which help to analyse your unit, SWOT Analysis, prepare yearly business performance, prepare a list of lost customers and do sales planning by weekly, monthly or yearly basis, check production planning, prepare financial budgeting, Vendor management, creating data management and Financial Risk Assessment. He said SOP Standard Operating Systems is most important for all MSMEs.
Yogesh Bhavsar, Vice President – Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) conducted an awareness about Teaching Learning Community (TLC), which is the community approach towards business growth. GAME will act as a catalyst to bring the TLC concept to Nagpur. TLC is by entrepreneurs for the entrepreneurs. He said there are two approaches to grow our businesses, initially through a coach / consultant but then only you’ll grow in the second phase – learning through sharing & teaching, in a community model – the entire community & ecosystem grows together.

Earlier, Rashmi Kulkarni, Chairperson – LEW in her welcome address said scaling a business is a significant challenge, but it’s also a great opportunity for rapid growth for MSMEs. Our learned speaker will help the MSMEs to achieve sustainable growth and identify key areas that every business should know to build and scale at the right way.
