A time-bomb threat was received for the Howrah-Mumbai Express train on Monday. The Railway Authorities stopped the train on Monday morning at Jalgaon Station and carried out the security check. Following clearance by the Bomb Detection Squad the train moved for further journey. The Railway Police have registered an offence against the person issuing the threat message and are investigating further.
The Railway Control Room received a message on Monday morning related to the placement of a bomb in the 12809 Howrah-Mumbai Express. The train was halted at the Jalgaon Station at 4.17 am. After the security check the train moved ahead at 6.28 am. The message was received from a Twitter account in the name of Falzuddin Nirban. Offence against Nirban has been registered
