Vikas Mishra, the general manager of a reputed hospital brand, was allegedly cheated out of Rs. 43 lakh by his former business partner, who promised high returns. Sources revealed that Mishra had taken multiple personal loans to fund the investment based on his partner’s advice. After a thorough investigation, Sadar police have registered a case against Shrikant Thakre.
Sources revealed that Shrikant Thakre, a supplier to the hospital where Vikas Mishra holds a senior position, persuaded him to invest as a business partner in 2019. Mishra initially handed over ₹33 lakh and later cleared a bank loan of ₹10 lakh on Thakre’s behalf. However, Mishra has reportedly not received any returns to date, leading him to file a police complaint. Following an investigation, Sadar police have registered a case against Thakre.
