For the much anticipated Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2024, the BJP on Sunday shared the first list of candidates. The list of candidates comprises 99 names including Deputy CM and senior BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis’ name.
Fadnavis will contest the upcoming assembly polls from Nagpur South West constituency.
The saffron party has placed its Maharashtra unit chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule from the Kamthi seat.

The Election Commission has slated polling for the 288-member Maharashtra Assembly in a single phase on November 20, 2024. While the counting of votes will be done on November 23, 2024.
