Ajni police arrested a drug peddler with around 8 grams of MD early Thursday near Trikoni Ground. While patrolling the area, officers received a tip-off about a suspicious youth. Acting swiftly, they rushed to the location, where the suspect attempted to flee but was promptly apprehended. The individual, identified as Karan Singh Thakur from Jaripatka, was found in possession of MD.
Officers seized MD, a moped, and a mobile phone, with a combined value of ₹1.20 lakh, from the accused.
