Famous chef Vishnu Manohar will attempt to break two world records: making dosas non-stop for the longest time and cooking the most dosas in 24 hours. The event will start on October 27 at 8 am at Girishbhau Gandhi Khule Rang Manch, Bajaj Nagar. He will cook 24 dosas at once, along with 800 to 1,000 kg of chutney.
The dosas will be served on a first-come, first-served basis with free entry. Titled ‘Diwali Pahat,’ the 24-hour celebration will also feature various entertainment programs. Chef Manohar aims to serve 5,000 to 6,000 dosas, with portions donated to institutions for the blind, orphanages, and old age homes. Organizers invite everyone to join this special culinary celebration.
