In a deep pan or kadhai heat 250g of Ghee and let it melt.Once it is melted, add the Besan and roast it while stirring continuously until it turns golden brown and starts giving a nutty aroma.Remove from heat once it is roasted well and let it cool a little.
In the roasted besan, add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix well.Continue mixing it until the mixture starts resembling the breadcrumbs.
Take the small portions of this mixture and shape them into forming round Ladoos. Garnish each Ladoo by pressing chopped pistachio or almond onto each.
