The Nagpur Metro has announced a one-day change in its service timings on November 1, 2024, for Lakshmi Pujan, a significant day of the Diwali festival. The last metro train from each of the four terminal stations—Khapri, Lokmanya Nagar, Prajapati Nagar, and Automotive Square—will depart at 6 p.m.
This adjustment follows a long-standing observation that residents prefer to stay indoors on Lakshmi Puja Day for religious rituals and celebrations. Metro officials have advised commuters to plan their travel accordingly and take note of the revised schedule.
