Shri Kalagidhar Satsang Mandal will celebrate Guru Nanak Dev’s 555th Prakash Parva on November 15 by holding various religious and cultural programmes.
The celebrations consist of a religious discourse at 1 pm at the Mandal premises, Jaripatka, followed by Archana, Arati, Ardas, and Shobhayatra. The procession will have the participation of band groups, Nagade, Chhaj dance troupes, Guru Granth Sahib chariot and different floats based on life and work of Guru Nanak Dev. The procession starting from the Mandal premises will move through the main streets of Dayanand Park, Kukreja Nagar, HUDCO Colony, Mangalwari Bazar, Ahuja Nagar, Bhim Chowk, Shri Hemu Kalani Chowk, Shri Sant Hakimbaba Thanwardas Darbar, Barakholi, Indora Chowk, Kadbi Chowk, Mecosabag and Jaripatka.
Vishva Hindu Parishad, Maharashtra-Goa Unit Chief Ajay Nildawar, Dharma Prasarak Chief Purushottam Ranglani, ex-Corporator Ved Prakash Arya and Suresh Jagyasi, Adv Asif Qureshi, Dr Roya Jain and other prominent leaders will participate in the procession.
