Congress star campaigners Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi are set to address public meetings in Vidarbha as part of the party’s campaign for the Maharashtra Assembly elections scheduled for November 20. This visit marks Priyanka Gandhi’s first appearance in Vidarbha for the current Assembly elections, while Rahul Gandhi recently held meetings in the region.
Though their schedules are yet to be officially confirmed, sources indicate that Rahul Gandhi will visit Chimur on November 16 to speak in support of Maha Vikas Aghadi candidates. Priyanka Gandhi is expected to follow with a meeting in Wadsa, Gadchiroli district, on November 17.
Despite her commitments in Wayanad, Kerala, Priyanka Gandhi has prioritized this Maharashtra tour to bolster Congress’s campaign efforts.
