The Assembly elections in Nagpur district witnessed enthusiastic participation, with an overall voter turnout of 61.60%. Among the 12 constituencies, Ramtek recorded the highest voter turnout at 71.80%. Male voters led slightly with a participation rate of 73.79%, while the turnout for women was 69.81%. Out of the total 2,86,931 eligible voters in Ramtek, 2,06,014 exercised their right to vote, including 1,05,915 men and 1,00,099 women.
Following closely was the Umred constituency, which recorded 71.12% voter turnout. Male voters accounted for 73.33%, while 68.84% of women cast their votes. Out of 3,95,957 eligible voters, 2,14,028 turned up at the polling booths, including 1,11,968 men and 1,02,060 women.
Katol constituency reported a voter turnout of 69.94%, with 71.71% participation from men and 68.13% from women. Of the total 2,81,367 registered voters, 1,96,801 exercised their franchise, including 1,02,278 men and 94,523 women.
In Savner, the turnout stood at 68.83%, with men leading at 70.85% and women at 66.79%. Out of 3,21,817 voters, 2,21,495 participated, including 1,14,559 men and 1,06,936 women.
The turnout in Kamthi was 64.05%. Male participation was recorded at 65.44%, while 62.66% of women voted. Of the total 5,01,770 registered voters, 3,21,385 cast their ballots, comprising 1,64,488 men and 1,56,895 women.
Hingna registered a turnout of 59.89%, with male and female voter participation at 59.98% and 59.81%, respectively. Out of 4,50,141 eligible voters, 2,69,599 cast their votes, including 1,39,235 men and 1,30,360 women.
Nagpur East recorded a 59.42% turnout. Male voter turnout was 60.32%, while 58.51% of women exercised their right to vote. Among the 4,18,981 registered voters, 2,48,952 cast their votes, including 1,27,017 men and 1,21,929 women.
In Nagpur North, the voter turnout was 58.05%. Male participation stood at 59.04%, while 57.09% of women voted. Of the total 4,28,845 eligible voters, 2,48,948 turned up, including 1,25,755 men and 1,23,181 women.
Nagpur Central recorded a turnout of 57.17%, with male voter participation at 59.58% and female turnout at 54.84%. Out of 3,41,169 registered voters, 1,95,060 cast their votes, including 1,00,161 men and 94,888 women.
Nagpur South registered a turnout of 56.99%, with 57.86% male and 56.14% female participation. Of the total 3,94,425 voters, 2,24,793 exercised their right to vote, including 1,12,135 men and 1,12,656 women.
Nagpur West recorded a turnout of 55.78%, with male participation at 56.26% and female participation at 55.31%. Out of 3,88,353 registered voters, 2,16,625 cast their votes, including 1,08,066 men and 1,08,549 women.
Finally, Nagpur South-West reported a turnout of 54.59%. Male voter participation was recorded at 54.92%, while 54.29% of women cast their votes. Of the total 4,11,241 eligible voters, 2,24,517 exercised their franchise, including 1,11,099 men and 1,13,415 women.
