Temp may rise but chilly winds to continue in Mah
The temperature may rise in the Vidarbha region, but the possibility of rains in some parts has been predicted by the India Meteorological Department. The temperature may rise, but the chilly wind will continue to hit the region.
The Met Office stated that the chilly wind from the north is affecting the weather in the state.
The cold wave would continue in Himachal Pradesh till December 23. West Rajasthan, Punjab, and Jammu Kashmir would face a cold wave till December 25.
On Thursday Ahilyanagar was the coldest in the state with 7.5 degrees Celsius. In Vidarbha, most of the districts had temperatures around 10 degrees. The temperature in all four regions of Maharashtra may rise by two to three degrees. Some parts of the Vidarbha region may get showers in the next 24 hours due to the shift of the cyclone from the Andhra Pradesh coast towards the north.
