The main highlight of the Shobha Yatra will be the beautifully decorated Rameshwar chariot. Several prominent dignitaries will grace the event, including Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister for Road Transport Nitin Gadkari, RSS Chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, former Governor Banwarilal Purohit, Nagpur District In-charge Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, and legislators Krishna Khopde, Mohan Mate, Vikas Thakre, Dr. Nitin Raut, Praveen Datke, and Kripal Tumane. Commissioner of Police Dr. Ravinder Singal will also be present as a guest of honour.
As part of the celebrations, a special pooja will be performed on the brass idols of Shri Ram, Laxman, Sita, and Hanuman, placed on the main chariot. Following the ritual, the Shobha Yatra will commence with the dignitaries ceremoniously pulling the chariot using a rope. Along the route, groups of women and devotees will welcome the procession at various points.
Sharing the details at a press conference held on Friday at the temple premises, mandir trustee Punit Poddar informed that the Shobha Yatra will feature 80 beautifully designed floats depicting mythological scenes. For safety and emergency support, an ambulance will be deployed after every 12 floats, totaling eight ambulances for the entire yatra.
