The Balasaheb Thackeray Gorewada International Zoo is set to organize a three-day ‘Wild Gorewada Summer Camp’ within its premises, offering children a unique opportunity to connect with nature and wildlife. The first batch of the camp will run from April 25 to 27, while the second batch is scheduled from May 10 to 12.
Designed as a non-residential program, the camp will take place during daytime hours only. Parents are required to arrange daily transportation for their children for the duration of the camp.
The initiative aims to foster environmental awareness and wildlife education among young participants through interactive activities and hands-on experiences in the natural setting of the zoo.
