Nagpur recorded a temperature of 41.6°C on April 30, 2025. Akola remained the hottest city in the region with a high of 45.0°C.
Chandrapur touched 44.2°C, while Amravati reported 44.0°C and Wardha 43.2°C. Washim recorded 42.4°C and Brahmpuri 42.9°C during the day.
Yavatmal and Buldana both recorded temperatures above 41°C, with 41.6°C and 41.1°C respectively. Gadchiroli stood at 40.2°C, Bhandara at 39.6°C, and Gondia remained the coolest at 37.4°C.
People are advised to avoid going out in the afternoon and to drink plenty of water to stay safe in the heat.
