A novel way to reduce tension associated with the modern lifestyle has been found by renowned scholar in physics Dr Sanjay Dhoble, and a scholar from Molecular Biology, Yejurved Selokar. The Blue Light LumeDome (Dome illuminated with blue light) prepared by the researchers was used for their experiments.
Experiments with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) were carried out to find that exposure to the blue light of low wavelength (425 nm to 480 nm) for 20 to 30 minutes reduces the tension. The secretion of Happy Hormones – Serotonin and Dopamine increases under the blue light. The tension is reduced, and the brain starts thinking in a positive way due to these hormones. The energy is restored by the brain due to this effect.
The research has been granted an international patent.
Even in general terms, blue light is considered to have a soothing effect. Dr Dhoble and Dr Selokar have scientifically proved the impact of blue light on the brain. The treatment need not be administered continuously for a longer period. The traditional way of achieving peace of mind is difficult to follow in modern life. Dr Dhoble and Dr Selokar have developed the method using modern scientific terminology.
Dr Dhoble is an internationally acclaimed scientist who holds over 109 patents and has 1007 research papers published in reputed national and international journals.
Dr Selokar works as a consulting psychiatrist.
