IIT Kanpur has announced the JEE Advanced 2025 results and toppers today.
Students who appeared for the exam can now check their results and final answer keys on the official website — jeeadv.ac.in. The exam was conducted on May 18 in a computer-based test (CBT) format.
Rajit Gupta from the IIT Delhi zone has secured all India rank (AIR) 1. He has scored 332 marks out of 360. He scored a 100 percentile in JEE Main for both sessions 1 and 2.
In the previous session exam, Ved Lahoti emerged as the JEE Advanced topper with a record score of 355 out of 360. Here is the list of toppers:

Criteria for the Common Rank List (CRL)
To be included in the Common Rank List (CRL), candidates must meet both the subject-wise and overall qualifying marks. The aggregate score will be calculated by adding the marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
The maximum possible aggregate score is 360, with 180 marks allotted for each of Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each subject—Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry—has a maximum of 120 marks, with 60 marks allocated for each paper in every subject. Candidates need to satisfy the qualifying marks for each subject as well as the total to be considered for a rank.
Maximum aggregate marks: 360 (180 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
Maximum marks in Mathematics: 120 (60 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
Maximum marks in Physics: 120 (60 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
Maximum marks in Chemistry: 120 (60 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
JEE Advanced Results 2025: What next?
Qualified candidates will now proceed with the Joint Seat Allocation (JoSAA) 2025 counselling process to secure admissions in institutes, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other government-funded technical institutes (GFTIs). The registration and choice-filling process for academic programs under JoSAA will commence on June 3, 2025.
