Central Railway has launched the RailOne App, a comprehensive mobile application designed to provide all essential railway-related services through a single, easy-to-use interface. The app is now available for download on both Android Play Store and iOS App Store.
The RailOne App offers complete ticketing solutions, including booking of reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets. It also features real-time train running status, PNR enquiry, journey planning, onboard meal booking, Rail Madad complaint redressal system, and freight-related enquiries—making it a one-stop solution for both passengers and freight customers.
A major highlight of the app is its Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, which enables users to log in using their existing credentials from RailConnect or UTSonMobile apps. This eliminates the need for multiple apps, simplifies the login process, and saves device storage.
The app also includes a secure and fast Railway e-Wallet (R-Wallet) for hassle-free payments. It supports user-friendly login options such as numeric mPIN and biometric authentication. The registration process is quick, requiring only minimal details. Additionally, a guest login option is available for users who want to access enquiry features without full registration.
With its clean and intuitive design, the RailOne App offers a seamless and integrated user experience. Central Railway, through this initiative, reiterates its commitment to digital innovation and enhancing passenger convenience by bringing all railway services under one umbrella.
