MSLTA – NDHTA Yonex Sunrise All India Ranking Championship Series (CS3) Tennis Tournament
for Boys & Girls Under-16 is being held at Nagpur. The matches will be played at the MSLTA
Tennis Academy at Bajiprabhu Nagar, Ramnagar Nagpur, managed by Nagpur District Hardcourt
Tennis Association.
All the tennis academies of Nagpur are supporting the tournament and players are expected to
come from Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, MP, Telangana and Rajasthan.
The matches will start on Saturday 22nd December from 8 am and will be played on clay courts.
Eligibility for U-16 is for players born between 01.01.2002 to 31.12.2007. Entry Fees are Rs
600/- only. Signing-in will be done on Friday 21st December between 12 noon to 2 pm at The
MSLTA Tennis Academy, Ramnagar, Nagpur. Ms Supriya Chatterjee is the Tournament
Supervisor, Dr Sudhir Bhiwapurkar is Tournament Director, and Vijay Naidu is the Tournament
Secretary. Finals will be played on Sunday 23rd December.
NDHTA is the affiliate of MSLTA in the region and runs the Tennis Academy at Ramnagar.
Players those who are participating in AITA tournaments are required to have AITA registration
and valid ID card.
Head Coach Sunil Shinde is leading the team of officials in the tournament under guidance of
Mr Santosh Chatterjee, who has rich experience of more than 40 years in coaching two
generations of tennis players in Nagpur.
