BRA Mundle school students convert it into Braille
The Gujarati version of ‘Vande Mataram’, written by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was presented by the students of Blind Relief Association.
The students converted the song into Braille and prepared it in just a week’s time. Former, senior officer of DD National, Dr Bindu Trivedi conceptualized and produced the song. Eminent Marathi and Hindi singer, Suresh Wadkar supported the students with his voice.
Station head of Gyanwani Radio, IGNOU, edited the video of the song, while the cinematography was done by Gaurnag Diwe.
The objective of presenting the song was to awaken the feeling of patriotism among youths. A company in Nagpur promoted the song free of charge and the video is now streaming on social media websites.
President of B.R.A Mundle, Nikhil Mundle and Secretary, Nagesh Kange encouraged the students and also gave their support to the teachers throughout the making of the video. Avanti Deshpande and Pritam Dhage helped the students to perform and record the song.
