‘Raga to Rock’ Sangit Academy and Event Company had organised a musical event ‘Alok Katdare- Live in Concert’, at Vasantrao Deshapnde Hall, Civil Lines on March 10.
The event commenced with National Anthem, which was followed by a religious performance by Saranj Joshi and troupe on Deva Shri Ganesha. Sucheta Padamwar rendered Dil Kya Kare and Oh Meri Mehooba, whereas Ravindra Paranjpe performed Mana ho tum. Alok Katdare sang Bachna aye Hasino.
The event comprised of many more popular songs like Tere Bina Zindagi me Koi, Oh  Majhi Re, Ruk Jana Nahi, which captured the audience. The singers that participated in the event were, Sanjeev Jagtap, Isabul Hassan, Sarang Joshi, Sonali Dixit, along with Sucheta Padamwar and Gauri Shinde.
Every performance got an enthusiastic and energetic response from the crowd. The programme was conceptualised by Director of ‘Raga to Rock’, Sangeeta Jagtap and Ravindra Paranjpe. The event concluded with the melodious tunes of Tere Chehre se Nazar Nahi.., Holi Khele Raghvir and Om Shanti Om, which was rendered by Sanjeev Jagtap.
