Social media influencer and former wife of cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, Dhanashree Verma, has reportedly been approached to join Bigg Boss 19. Sources say she is currently in the final stages of discussions for the controversial reality show.
A fan page dedicated to Bigg Boss updates shared, “After her divorce, Yuzvendra Chahal’s ex-wife Dhanashree Verma is almost confirmed for Bigg Boss 19. She was earlier locked for Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, but the show didn’t happen. Now it seems she has accepted the Bigg Boss offer. Final talks are ongoing.”
In addition to Verma, several other well-known personalities are reportedly in talks to join the Bigg Boss 19 house. One of them is singer and actor Sreerama Chandra, who rose to fame after winning Indian Idol 5 and later appeared on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11.
As per media reports, a source said, “His (Chandra’s) journey in ‘Bigg Boss Telugu’ won him a loyal and passionate fanbase, and the Hindi version is looking to tap into that layered personality he brings to the screen.” He is known to be grounded and observant — traits that are often appreciated in the high-pressure environment of the Bigg Boss house.
Other names speculated to be in the running for Bigg Boss 19 include YouTuber Purav Jha, businessman Raj Kundra, and social media influencer Faisal Shaikh. The upcoming season is expected to feature a diverse mix of contestants, aimed at attracting a wide audience. With such an eclectic lineup, the show promises high entertainment and plenty of drama to keep viewers hooked.
While the official premiere date for Bigg Boss 19 has not been confirmed, the show is expected to go on air in the last week of August.
