AIIMS Nagpur is organizing a two week long drive on importance of cleanliness in our daily lives to maintain health. This is being done as part of a Government program on Swacchta pakhwada campaign from April 1 to 15th.
The activities include clean hostel, clean office drive, menstrual hygiene for adolescent girls of Wathoda and a poster competition, training of health staff in managing biomedical waste, workshop on “hygiene matters” for MAVIM leaders and anganwadi workers, health screening and felicitation of cleanliness staff of institute.
All these activities will be carried out over next two weeks. The aim is to generate awareness and taking responsibility to keep environment clean that supports health.
