RailOne is a one-stop solution for all passenger services. The App offers ease of access for services like: Ticketing – Reserved, Unreserved, Platform tickets; Enquiries of Trains, PNR; Journey Planning; Rail Madad Services; Food on Train. It also has features for freight services related enquiries.
Core emphasis of the App is to enhance user experience through seamless & clean UI. It not only combines all services at one place but also has several integrations between services to give user a complete package of Indian Railway services.
The single-sign-on facility is one of the unique features of this App which reduces burden from user to remember several passwords. Once downloaded, the user can use their existing user credentials of RailConnect or UTSonMobile App to register. Further, users need not carry several applications for different services of IR. It reduces space consumption on users’ devices as well.
The facility of R-Wallet (Railway e-wallet) has also been incorporated. Simple login option of login through numeric mPIN and biometric has also been provided. For new user registration, minimum user data is required, making it easy and fast. For enquiry purposes, users can login as Guest through mobile number/OTP.
