Nagpur: A phone call at Indian Oil pump had turned severe for two bikes and a vending machine near Telephone Exchange Square which took serious burn owning to call radiations and rising temperature on Tuesday morning.
A source informed The Live Nagpur, the regular inspection was underway at the petrol pump when a bike raider while on a call approached the spot. The call radiations then triggered fire which spread the premises in a quick time of interval and burned two bikes and melted a vending machine.
The quick response from the pump staff played key role in dousing the flames of the fire. As pump staff managed to douse the flames with fire safety equipment before the aid from the Fire Department could reach the spot.
Though there’s no casualty reported in the incidents, the estimated loss of the property is not put out by the Fire Department by the time of filing this report.
