JCI nagpur Medico celebrated Business week with enthusiasm

JCI Nagpur medico celebrated business week in month of April under the heading “Hello Doctor… Let’s talk some business”.

First programme of business week was conducted by JC Nilesh Lanjewar at the Maduritai Nursing College on Effective communication for Nurses. Second day was training “meet the customer expectation” was taken by Past National president PNP Ramesh Batavia.   Business seminar was conducted in hotel Nagpur Ashok on “Future of Medical Practice “with famous doctor as a panelist. Three personalities who represented different types of hospitals took part in the panel discussion.

1. Individual Hospital: Dr. Shembekar
2. Corporate Hospital: Dr. Anup Marhar
3. Collaborative Hospital: Dr. Singhaniya

The Panel discussion was efficiently coordinated by JC Dr. Smita Pakhmode and excellently moderated by renowned Radiologist Dr. Varsh Sarda.

The session was inaugurated in the presence of ZVP JC Shishir Turkar. President JC Dr. Smita Pakhmode, Secretary Dr. Jasmeet Chandhok, IPP Dr. Sachin Deokar and esteemed panelists were present on the dais.

Dr. Smita Pakhmode emphasized and highlighted on the importance of such kind of well-crafted panel discussions and said that they are the need of the hour. Business Directory of JCI Nagpur Medico was released at the hands of all honorable dignitaries. On fourth day another valuable workshop was conducted by JCI nagpur Medico on “Branding for faster growth of the practice”.

Speaker Dr. Sanjay Arora upraised the audience on the importance of branding and kept them mesmerised with his oratory skills. He elaborated on how to build a strong brand, public relations, event networking and digital dominance. Project directors for the event were JC Dr. Dipika Chandhok and JC. Dr. Vandana Gade. On fifth day reputed CA Mahendra Kamat enlightened the doctors about ‘Roadmap to financial freedom’.

He highlighted on the basics of savings and the importance of the right kind of modalities to do so. He also went on to differentiate and explain about the importance of security, savings and investments for wealth and risk management. He promptly guided the participants about the steps for financial freedom and how to be debt free which is an absolute necessity due to today’s ever increasing cost of living. The take away Mantra for financial freedom which he shared was ‘Start early… Give time’.  Dr Swati Sarda and Dr Rashmi Waghmare were the Project Directors for the event.

This was followed by training in precision scan on Business Accounting taken by  JC CA Pranav Limja   He explain all aspects of accounting including balance sheets, different types of accounts role GST in medical practice and use of tally in accounting.

Staff engaged in accounting of hospitals and Doctors attended session. Project Directed excellently by VP BO HGF JC Dr. Ashish Vighne and JC Dr. Ujjwala Dehankar. Business week ended with the trade fair with Business stalls of Pharma companies, medical software companies. All trainings were highly applauded and attended by 55 Doctors.

Dr. Viral Shah, Dr. Girish Charade, Dr. Jasmeet Chandhok, Dr. Sachin Deokar worked hard for the success of programme.
