Looking at the upcoming assembly elections in Maharashtra, the Bahujan Republican Socialist Party (BRS) has geared up and made transformations in the city’s executive council.
It is pertinent to note that in the Loksabha elections 2019, RSP has tried their luck. The founder of party, AD Suresh Mane fought from the Nagpur Loksabha seat, where he got 3,412 votes. After this poor performance, Mane decided to make the changes in party council and called a meeting, recently.
Here, among few new appointments and shuffling, senior leader of BRD Ramesh has been chosen as co-ordinator of Nagpur city. Whereas ex-corporator Vishrant Zamre, has been appointed as the co-ordinator of city’s ‘Mahila Aghadi’. Along with this, presidents and other office bearer have been declared.
As per the information provided by party, North Nagpur President Sunil Dongre, in-charge Vinayak Meshram, South-West in- charge CD Waghmare, in-charge-Prakash Bansod, South president-Uttam Kannake, in-charge Ramesh Pise, East in-charge Dr Vinod Rangari and the in-charge of Nagpur rural is Gautam Jambullkar.
