Three players shared lead at the end of the third round of Nagpur District U-25 Selection Chess Championship 2019 organised by Nagpur District Chess Association in association with Dhanwate National College (DNC) at its indoor hall, Congress Nagar here on  Saturday.
Those who share lead include Yashika, Nilay Kulkarni and Rushikesh Lohit. On top board, Yashika playing in a positive frame of mind defeated a major upset by defeating better rated Lonkar. On second board Nilay Kulkarni outclassed Kushgara Jha. On the third board, experienced Rushikesh Lohit downed Shantanu Misurkar.
Results (round 3): Lonkar Parth (2)lost to Chandankhede Yashika (3), Jha Kushagra (2) lost to Kulkarni Nilay (3), Lohit Rishikesh (3) bt Misulkar Shantanu (2), Aadip Umale (1) lost to  Ramteke Sumedh (2), Manthan Kale (2) bt Addhyay Damke (1), Shravani Sirpurwar (1) lost to Ankush Chore (2), Ramteke Ayush(2) bt Vishwajeeth Jaisinh Naik (1), Savinay Meshram (1) lost to Harshavardhan Ravindra Chatte (2), Chandankhede Divyanshi(1) bt Meshram Vibudh (0). Meshram Tushar (0) lost to Harshal Raut (1).
