Muslim league Nagpur took out a candle march in protest against the lynching of a youth in Jharkhand. The protest march was taken out from Azad nagar in Teka.
The protesters demanded capital punishment for the killers of Tabrez Ansari. They also sought financial aid to the kin of the victim and government job to one of his family members.
Muslim League has also urged the Central government to come out with a stringent law to punish the lynching accused and stop such incidents in the country.
They also demanded to take action against those oppressing the Muslim and Dalit community.
Nation Vice President of them Muslim League Zubair Khan led the protest while city unit president Shamim Sadik presided over.
