BVM Civil Lines defeated Sindhu Mahavidyalaya 6-5 via sudden death to win Subroto Mukherjee under-17 Inter- School Football Tournament organised by DSO at Divisional Sports Complex ground, Mankapur here on Monday.

In the girls section, Centre Point School Dabha and St Anthony School set up a title clash. In the first semi-final, CPS Dabha defeated St Ursula 5-4 in penalty shootout. In an exciting semi-final, St. Anthony defeated Dinanath School 4-3 in tie-breaker. The score was equalised (1-1) during the regulation time. In the eight minute Nidhi Verma struck for Dinanath.
