Adding another feather to the city’s development, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has approved the construction plan for the skyscraper in Civil Lines.
The work for the tallest building of Central India has already been started under the supervision of Kukreja Infrastructure. The building will have 7BHK flats with 8000 sq.feet area. The building will have other amenities like parking lots, clubhouse, swimming pool, gym and many modern luxurious facilities for the residents.
The 25 story building will be 90 meters tall. The skyscraper will be known as Infinity Tower. US Architect, Reza Kabul has designed the building plan and the construction will be done with the help of advanced technology.
Interacting with the media person, MD, Kukreja Infrastructure, Shravan Kukreja said, “every aspect of the building be it safety or modern facilities will be closely inspected before giving it a green signal. To make sure that the residents of the building do not have to face any problems for the parking lots, the first three-floor are kept reserved for the parking space and after that the other facilities like swimming pool, clubhouse and gym areas will be constructed.â€
The estimated time for the completion of the skyscraper is said to be in the year 2022.NMC has already received a tax of Rs 18.93 crore. Additional FSI was recovered through Metro Rail Transit Oriented Development (TOD) for the building.
