Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal, Director of Evista Eye Care and a well-known Ophthalmologist of Nagpur completed Full Ironman Competition in Copenhagen Denmark on Sunday.
In Full Ironman, One athlete has to Swim 3.8 km – Cycle 180 km and Run 42.2 km (Full marathon). One has to do it inside 17 hours cut off time. Then only you are given the title of Ironman.
Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal took 15 hrs 35 mins complete all the distances.
At Ironman Copenhagen, more than 2500 athletes participated from all over the World.
Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal is 51 years old and a very avid runner, swimmer, and cyclist. He is very well known in the fitness community of Nagpur and an inspiration for many to live your life to the fullest.
Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal is trained by Dr. Amit Samarth of Miles N Milers Endurance Sports Academy.
