Manaswini foundation had recently organized an essay, drawing, slogan and general knowledge competition on “Nature’s role in maintaining good health” at Ramnagar Bharat Vidyalaya, Nagpur. A total of 100 girls had participated in the competitions.
Manaswini is an NGO, that is committed to providing education, skill development, health awareness to underprivileged girls and women.
The objective of organising the competition was to promote creativity, education, culture & social interest among underprivileged girl students. Through this platform, the NGO gives an opportunity to the girl students to showcase their hidden talent, knowledge and explore the world of creativeness.
Neelam Bowade, Shilpa Rahate, Aruna Rahate, Indrani Roychoudhary, Suman Dass and Dr. Sonal Dhabekar were present on the occasion.
Suhani Siram bagged first prize in essay competition whereas, Aanchal Kumbhare and Rani Salame stood at second and third positions respectively.
Winners of General Knowledge competition were Nisha Bondhare, Twinkle Gayakwad, Aanchal Kumbhare, Bharti Meshram, Nidhi Kherde, Sakshi Vandhare, Vaishnavi Nanewadekar, Vishakha, Payal and Yamini.
Prize winners of the drawing competition were Yamini Turkar, Marjeena Rustum while and Akansha Humane. Twinkle Gayakwad and Sakshi Thakur stood victorious in slogan competition.
