The 27th Junior Under-19 National Tennisball Cricket Championship will begin from October 2. The championship is organised by Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Maharashtra under the banner of Tennis Ball Cricket Federation of India. The tournament will be played at the Divisional Sports Complex, Koradi Road, Mankapur, Nagpur. In total 800 participants from 29 states will take part in this meet. The tournament will be a League–come-Knock-out.
All the matches will have 8 overs except the quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final which will be of 12 overs.
The winners will get a shinning four feet trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 5,000 while the runner-ups will get Rs. 4000. There are several exciting gift hampers for man of the series and man of the match.
The inauguration function will be at 1 pm at the Mankapur Indoor Stadium at the hands of Honourable Chancellor Ved Prakash Mishra and former HRD Minister Mohammad Ali Ashraf Fatmi will be the chief guest.
