Recently a businessman named Rishi Brij Khosla (48) has been murdered at Sadar in Nagpur which has created ripples in the city. Khosla, a resident of Byramji Town, Chhaoni, was the owner of Khosla Air Coolers Company. And police have arrested Mickey alias Rupinder Balveersingh Bakshi (54), a resident of Raj Nagar, and Managing Director of Youth Force Security Services (I) Pvt Ltd.
In connection with the case, police have invoked the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) against six persons in the murder case. They had 26 offences against at various police stations in the city. The crime branch additional CP Nilesh Bharne and DCP Gajanan Rajmane has played vital role in this case and contributed for analyzing the crime records against goons with MCOCA and Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities (MPDA) invoked against them.
Investigation revealed that Mickey Bakshi had given ‘Supari’ to Girish Dasarwar to murder Rishi after he came to know that he had an affair with his wife.
As per information, this is the fourth MCOCA action in last four days and 11th so far this year.
