Every day we get random calls from many Job consultancies company where they offer job opportunities in a big firm. These Job consultancies have made their way in Indian market and promise to give job opportunities to the unemployed sector of the society. Where they collect all the details from the candidate and accordingly appoint them with different job opportunities.
While many people gets the job in reputed firms, there are several who suffer due to these consultancies. Reportedly there are several job consultancies who charge the candidates certain amount before enrolling with a promise to return the amount once they get the offer letter from these firms.
In Nagpur as well many people were fooled due to the same false promise. And the question arises are these consultancy services making a fool out of people by making profit out of the people who are in desperate need of a job.
One of the candidate Mohommad Aquib from kamptee in a desperate need of job enrolled his name in a private consultancy firm, as a result the company demanded Rs 10,000 giving an assurance of a job in Pune.
Aquib said that “at initial level I agreed to pay the amount as I was promised a job in Pune, waiting for a month I did not get any response from the company and use to contact them regarding the interviews where they use to inform that it will take time. After a while I git couple of calls for an interview but did not got selected as a result I even asked for the repayment to which they agreed. As per the policy of the company if one fails to find the job, the deposited amount will be returned to the candidate. I was given a week time to collect the amount. Soon they started giving me excuses and false assurance on returning my amount but the only thing I was given was assurance and dates. It has been around 6 months and I am yet to get the money back”.
Similarly another person who got enrolled with a private consultancy was fooled with the same fake promises. Neeraj Zade an engineer by profession passed out last year and got in contact with a consultancy and enrolled his name for the job interviews with Rs 5000 as fees. The table turned for Neeraj when he came to know that the company was a fraud and did not offer what was promised and even did not get the money back.
There are hundreds of people who gets dupe with these tricks and end up losing all hopes and money.
Aspirants must be aware of such consultancies and should avoid enrolling with them. Even if one does then must demand to see the past results and should talk to the candidates before enrolling themselves in any agency.
