It has been reported that in Gadchiroli district recently the snake handlers have successfully hatched five baby snakes through artificial incubation. As per information, snake handler Ajay Kukadkar had rescued a non poisonous Trinket snake from government rest house at Gadchiroli on September 7.Afterwards, the snake has delivered seven eggs. And the ongoing rainy season has created problems for keeping the eggs. And he released the snake and decided to artificially incubate eggs.
Snake handlers Kukadkar, Prashik Zade, Pankaj Farkade and Mayur Sidam prepared necessary atmosphere for keeping the eggs in safe condition.And some from Bhandara are also helped in this procedure. After 58 days, five baby snakes were born on November 4 while two eggs were found decomposed. And these baby snakes are safely released into forest later.
