After hospital refuses to admit her, a pregnant woman gave birth to a boy child in Ner tehsil of Yavatmal district on the roadside on Monday. As per information, the woman, Durga Gyaneshwar Hake (25), a resident of Yelkunda village in Ner tehsil was taken into a private hospital after she experienced the labour pain. Due the absence of doctors, the hospital authorities have asked her to return home. And she could not bear the labour pain, and she delivered the baby on the road.
The women present in the area rushed to her and take all the necessary steps to save the life of mother and child. They covered the area with sarees and helped her to deliver the baby. After that she was taken into the government hospital. And Dr.Pratik Khodwe, the medical officer, Dr Ravindra Durge and others attended her. As per the sources, the mother and child are said to be in good condition.
Durga has stated that after a rejection from the hospital she was in shock. She alleged that the hospital authorities were insensitive and careless.
On the contrary, the director of the Taj Nursing home Dr.Shabina Mirza claimed that the allegations against the nursing home are false and she claimed that no woman named Durga Hake visited the hospital on Monday.
