City swimmer Yash Gulhane bagged 4 Silver Medals in the CBSE National Swimming Championship Competition 2019 held at Bhopal. The competition has been organized by the Director, Central Board of Secondary Education, Government of India, New Delhi.
Yash participated in the 50m, 100m,200m breast stroke events and 4x100m Midley Relay under 19Â boys age group and stood second in all the events and won Silver medals in all the events. Over 1500 students participated in this National Level Swimming Competition from all over India.
Yash is a student of School of Scholars, Wanadongri, Nagpur and studying in 11th Standard. Yash is also participating in SGFI National Level Swimming Championship Competition 2019 scheduled to be held at New Delhi from 17th Nov.2019 to 22nd Nov.2019 and representing Maharashtra State in 50m,100m,200m breaststroke events and 4x100m Midley Relay.
He gives his credit of success to his coach and mentor Nitin Malwade, his parents mother Dr.Pradnya and father Anil Gulhane. He also got full support and cooperation from School Principal Kavita Nagrajan.
