Rahstrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) has recently  arranged a programme of Campus France for the students who are really interested in studying French language and want to go abroad for further studies .L’AMICALE, a French language association of the Department of LFIL, Rahstrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) conducted the programme of Campus France for the students.
Philippe Guillien, the Attache for Co-operation at the Consulate of France, Bombay guided the students and helped them discover the opportunities at different universities, different courses and scholarships available for the students to pursue Higher Studies in France. Philippe Guillien also elaborated on the importance of learning French language and the different French companies in India and in Nagpur and the opportunities of getting jobs there.
The interactive session was very informative and helpful and the students highly appreciated it. The Dignitaries on the dais were Dr Shailendra Kumar, HoD, LFIL; Sunil Sengupta, President of L’Amicale; Abhay Tikekar, Alt. President, L’Amicale; O N Mukherjee, Vice-President, L’Amicale; Saurabh Sengupta, Technical Director, L’Amicale.
The Campus France Presentation was followed by a question answer session. Saurabh Sengupta, Technical Director of L’amicale welcomed Philippe Guillien. The new team of L’Amicale was then launched by the hands of Philippe Guillien.
Philippe Guillien, then launched a book of poems written by Abhay Tikekar, Alt President of L’Amicale. Tikekar announced that the entire proceedings received by the sale of the books would be donated to the NAM foundation that works for the welfare of the farmers of Maharashtra. Swapnesh Ramteke, the General Secretary, L’Amicale proposed a vote of thanks.
