The second day of the three day property expo, ‘Ghar ho Sapno ka’ organised by the Times Of India, saw people in large numbers dropping in to buy the house of their dreams.
What makes the event unique is all stakeholders coming under the same umbrella and working in collaboration to provide maximum benefit to the middle income groups. In order to boost the real estate market of areas in and around the periphery of Nagpur, TOI has come up with the thoughtful initiative to promote affordable housing.
Many nationalised banks, builders and realtors were among the exhibitors at the event. Sanjay Goswami, managing director of Pyramid city feels that this is the perfect time to invest in purchasing the land or buying a house as the government has come up with subsidy schemes like PMAY to make housing affordable. He said, “The builders have also dropped the market prices and bankers have lessened the rate of interest in order to push people to build their homes.â€With Nagpur marching towards progress in all dimensions be it education or industries, the perfect time to secure the future and build a dwelling is now, feel many realtors.
Registering on the venue will also give an opportunity to the buyers to win a Hero Destini 125cc scooter. The last day of expo will be conducted on Sunday from 12 noon to 9 pm at South Central Cultural Zone, Civil Lines.
