The second day of the three day property expo, ‘Ghar ho Sapno ka’ organised by the Times Of India, saw people in large numbers dropping in to buy the house of their dreams.

Sanjay Goswami, managing director of Pyramid city feels that this is the perfect time to invest in purchasing the land or buying a house as the government has come up with subsidy schemes like PMAY to make housing affordable. He said, “The builders have also dropped the market prices and bankers have lessened the rate of interest in order to push people to build their homes.â€
